You can run the discovery node in one of two modes: single experiment or batch experiments.

 

Erase contents of rule scratchpad before running discovery node

By default, thie discovery node will append results to the rule scratchpad. If you check this box, WITNESS Miner clears any rules that may exist before the discovery experiments begin.
